Did not receive off-chain NFT crypto assets?

When performing off-chain or bulk off-chain actions with your NFT assets in your game crypto wallet, items may not appear in your game backpack if there are insufficient slots available. If you do not receive your off-chain assets, please check the in-game email system to claim them.

Additionally, you can use MUD tokens to unlock extra bag slots.

Steps to follow if you do not receive your off-chain NFT:

1. Wait for up to 30 minutes so that the blockchain can process your transactions.
2. Re-login to your game account to refresh your crypto wallet.
3. Check your in-game mail.
4. Send us a ticket if you do not receive it after all.
