A letter to our players

To provide an enjoyable experience for our players, MetaCene opposes and will take strong measures against the following behaviors:

• Inappropriate usage of the chat or DM, such as spamming, hate speech and phishing, etc.
• Frauds, impersonating and other actions that intend to scam others.
• Abusing the game through bugs, macros and plug-ins.
• Other disruptive behaviors that damage the game mechanisms and players.

Please note that we have 24*7 online GM to ensure an enjoyable environment for our players. In cases when misbehaving players are not handled in a timely manner, please submit a ticket to us with more information and we will look into it immediately.

Please note that GMs will never message you and be aware of frauds and impersonations.
